Keto Herb-Butter Blend
Cooking tip: If you’ve tried this sauce and like it, try experimenting with herbs and spices to flavor it your way!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 teaspoons leaves Oregano
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Stick

Directions:

This savory butter is delicious on vegetables, fish and meats.  Each serving is 1 Tbsp.
 
  1. Place salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, oregano and basil in a food processor. Pulse until herbs are finely ground and there are no visible specks of pepper (30-60 seconds total).
  2. Add butter and coconut oil, blending until smooth.
  3. Scrape into a container with a snap top and refrigerate up to 1 month.
