Healthy Low Carb Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl
Cooking tip: For best results, use a small cube ice cube tray.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter USDA
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut, shredded, unsweetened Now
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach FNDDS
  • 1 each Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs, organic Now
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, sliced USDA

Directions:

  1. In an ice cube tray, freeze 5 fluid ounces Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake (about half) into ice cubes, about 4 hours. Place remaining shake in the refrigerator.
  2. In a blender, combine the shake ice cubes, spinach, almond butter, and remaining 6 fluid ounces liquid shake until ice cubes are fully broken down. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced almonds, coconut shreds, and cacao nibs. One bowl as described is one serving.
