1 cup coconut milk, unenriched, unsweetened
0 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
0 1/2 svg frozen acai smoothie mix, unsweetened
0 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
0 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower, riced
4 tbsp whey protein powder
2 Tbsp allulose, liquid sweetener
1 Tbsp chia seeds
10 drop liquid stevia sweetener
1 cup municipal tap ice cubes
Ingredient note: For the whey protein powder in this recipe, look for an option that has about 22 g protein and 1 net carb per ounce (28 g).
- In a blender, layer all ingredients as listed in the ingredients list. Process until well combined, then divide evenly between two glasses, about 1 ½ cups smoothie in each. One serving is 1 1/2 cups smoothie.
