Healthy Low Carb Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk, unenriched, unsweetened Canadian Nutrient File
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries USDA
  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries USDA
  • 2 tablespoons allulose, liquid sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds FNDDS
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower, riced Green Giant
  • 4 tablespoons whey protein powder FNDDS
  • 10 drops liquid stevia sweetener FNDDS
  • 1/2 svg frozen acai smoothie mix, unsweetened Sambazon
  • 1 cup municipal tap ice cubes USDA

Directions:

Ingredient note: For the whey protein powder in this recipe, look for an option that has about 22 g protein and 1 net carb per ounce (28 g).
