2 tbsp HEAVY CREAM Whole Foods Market, Inc.
1 1/2 cup, shredded CHEDDAR CHEESE Pineland Farms Potato Company Inc.
0 1/4 tsp SALT Morton Salt, Inc.
0 1/2 tsp GARLIC POWDER Topco Associates, Inc.
8 large EGG Just, Inc.
0 1/8 tsp BLACK PEPPER Finlay Extracts & Ingredients USA, Inc.
4 oz Green Chili Peppers (Canned)
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9-inch by 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil and spray it with oil spray.
- In a blender, blend together the chiles, eggs, cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 1 cup cheese until smooth. Poor in prepared pan and bake covered for 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top, allow to melt and cool slightly then serve.
