Ham, Swiss and Pickle Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
  • 1/3 tablespoon Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat)
  • 1 spear Pickles
  • 1 slice (1 ounce) Swiss Cheese

Directions:

  1. Trim ham, cheese and pickles to equal lengths. Lay out ham slices, top with cheese slices.
  2. Combine mayo and mustard; spread onto cheese. Lay pickle in center and roll up tightly. Leave as a large roll or cut into bite-sized pieces.
