Keto Grilled Marinated Chicken with Fresh Thyme

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 24 ounces boneless, cooked Chicken Breast
  • 3 teaspoons Thyme

Directions:

  1. Rub chicken with oil, thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 1 hour. 
  2. Prepare a medium grill or heat broiler according to manufacturers directions. Grill or broil chicken breasts 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through. Garnish with chopped parsley.
