Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Lamb
  • 2 tablespoons Peppermint (Mint)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 ounces Feta Cheese

Directions:

  1. In a bowl gently mix lamb, cheese, mint, salt and pepper. Form mixture into 8 patties.
