Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 6 ounces raw Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Asparagus
- 5 Cherry Tomatoes
- 5 leaves Basil
- 2/3 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
- Preheat a grill. Season the chicken breast with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill until the juices run clear and the inside is no longer pink. About 7 minutes per side. Place lightly oiled asparagus on the grill during the last 5 minutes of cooking the chicken.
- While the chicken cooks, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange on a serving plate topped with minced basil leaves, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Once cooked sliced the chicken and serve with the asparagus and tomato salad.
