Keto Green Goddess Dressing
Cooking tip: This recipe could also be used as a dipping sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Tarragon
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:

This classic dressing can also be used as a sauce for fish and shellfish. For extra tang, add 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste.
 
  1. Pulse mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, parsley, chopped chives, tarragon and optional anchovy paste, along with 2 tablespoons of water in a food processor or blender until smooth. 
  2. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
