Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Chives
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Tarragon
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
This classic dressing can also be used as a sauce for fish and shellfish. For extra tang, add 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste.
- Pulse mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, parsley, chopped chives, tarragon and optional anchovy paste, along with 2 tablespoons of water in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
