Ingredients:
- 4 ounces Roasted Bell Peppers
- 3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic
- 8 ounces Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped English Walnuts
- 6 cups Baby Spinach
- 4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 small Red Onion
Directions:
