Golden Milk Chai Shake Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 shake Atkins Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, ground USDA
  • 2 tablespoons canned coconut milk USDA
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger root Canadian Nutrient File

Directions:

  1. Chill Atkins Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake in the freezer for 45 minutes from room temperature, or 30 minutes from refrigerated. 
  2. Blend all ingredients together on medium high speed until well combined. Serve immediately over ice if desired.
