INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/2 SALT
  • 1 ROSEMARY
  • 1 3/4 Cannellini Beans, cooked/canned
  • 2 GARLIC
  • 0 1/8 BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat.  Add minced garlic and rosemary; sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute. Add beans, salt, and pepper; cook to heat through, about 3 minutes.  
  2. Transfer mixture to a food processor; puree with reserved beans.  Serve, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
