Garlicky White Bean Dip
Cooking tip: If you’re serving as an appetizer, plate your dip with two or three different low carb snacks!

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 3/4 cups Cannellini Beans, cooked/canned

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat.  Add minced garlic and rosemary; sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute. Add beans, salt, and pepper; cook to heat through, about 3 minutes.  
  2. Transfer mixture to a food processor; puree with reserved beans.  Serve, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
