Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped Onions
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 8 ounces Ground Pork
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 ounces Ground Chicken
- 1 large Egg (Whole)
- 5 sprigs Dill
- 2 tablespoons Canola Vegetable Oil
Directions:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Combine chicken, pork, chopped white onion, pork rinds (1/4 cup, optional), egg, garlic, chopped fresh dill, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Divide mixture into eighteen 1 1/2 - inch meatballs.
- Heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat until hot very hot. Brown meatballs (in batches, if necessary) on all sides, about 6 minutes. Transfer skillet to oven; bake 10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through
