Keto Garlic Bread Style Chaffle

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, fresh balls
  • 1 each Egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Almond Meal, from whole almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Cream Cheese, original

Directions:

  1. Preheat a 4 slice waffle iron.
  2. Shred the cheese and use 1/2 cup.
  3. In a small bowl, use a fork to combine all ingredients. Pour about ¼ cup batter into the center of each waffle section and press down. Cook using manufactures instructions, 3-6 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Remove from the waffle iron and let cool before consuming.
