Ingredients:
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, fresh balls
- 1 each Egg
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Almond Meal, from whole almonds
- 1 tablespoon Cream Cheese, original
Directions:
- Preheat a 4 slice waffle iron.
- Shred the cheese and use 1/2 cup.
- In a small bowl, use a fork to combine all ingredients. Pour about ¼ cup batter into the center of each waffle section and press down. Cook using manufactures instructions, 3-6 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Remove from the waffle iron and let cool before consuming.
