Fresh Berry Tarts with Cream Recipe

0 2/3 cup, slivered Almonds
2 tbsp Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
0 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
0 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
0 1/2 cup Red Raspberries
- Heat broiler. Chop almonds and divide among 4 small ramekins. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar substitute over the almonds. Place ramekins on a cookie sheet and broil until the tops of the nuts are golden and the sugar substitute has melted. Remove and cool until at room temperature.
- Whip the heavy cream and remaining tablespoon of sugar substitute until doubled in volume. Place one-quarter of blueberries and one-quarter of raspberries in each ramekin and top with a dollop of whipped cream. Serve immediately.
