Ingredients:
- 4 ounces Brie Cheese
- 3 ounces boneless, cooked Fresh Ham
- 1/4 cup sliced Almonds
- 4 tortillas Low Carb Tortillas
- 1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lay tortillas flat onto a sheet pan. Layer onto half of each tortilla the pear, ham, Brie cheese and almonds (in that order).
- Fold the tortilla over and bake for 5 minutes; cut in half and enjoy immediately.
