French Quesadillas Recipe

3 oz, boneless, cooked Fresh Ham
1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
4 oz Brie Cheese
4 tortilla Low Carb Tortillas
0 1/4 cup, sliced Almonds
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lay tortillas flat onto a sheet pan. Layer onto half of each tortilla the pear, ham, Brie cheese and almonds (in that order).
- Fold the tortilla over and bake for 5 minutes; cut in half and enjoy immediately.
