Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Salsa
- 1/2 fruit without skin and seed California Avocados
- 2 oz, cookeds Turkey Bacon
- 2 large Eggs (Whole)
Directions:
Use the Atkins recipe to make Salsa Cruda or use 2 tablespoons of no-sugar-added salsa of your choice.
- Cook turkey bacon slices on a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until crispy.
- Slice avocado.
- Fry eggs (scramble or poach if desired instead).
- Serve the eggs over sliced avocado topped with salsa and the turkey bacon on the side.
