Eggs Scrambled with Cheddar, Swiss Chard and Canadian Bacon Recipe

2 cup Swiss chard
2 oz Canadian-Style Bacon (Cured)
0 1/4 cup, shredded CHEDDAR CHEESE Pineland Farms Potato Company Inc.
1 tablespoon EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL Salov North America Corp.
- Sauté Swiss chard in 1 tsp oil until decreased in volume and tender.
- Beat eggs slightly and add to pan with Swiss chard. Using a spatula mix to combine and cook till eggs are set.
- Add shredded Cheddar cheese and Canadian bacon to top or it may be added in with the eggs and cooked all together.
