Keto Egg Drop Soup Recipe

2 14.5 oz can Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme
1 tsp Ginger
2 large Egg (Whole)
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
0 1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring broth and minced ginger to a boil. Turn heat down to a simmer and slowly pour in egg to form yellow threads.
- Turn heat off and add diced green onions, sesame oil and soy sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
