INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 0 1/4 cup Green, Bell pepper, sliced
  • 0 1/2 cup, sliced Zucchini
  • 0 1/8 tsp SALT Morton Salt, Inc.
  • 1 Tbsp OLIVE OIL Salov North America Corp.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the oil and allow to warm. Add the onion and sauté, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the remaining vegetables and continue to sauté stirring frequently until the peppers and zucchini have softened, about 5 more minutes. Season with salt and enjoy!
