Ingredients:
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 cup sliced Zucchini
- 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Yellow Onion (chopped)
Directions:
- Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the oil and allow to warm. Add the onion and sauté, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the remaining vegetables and continue to sauté stirring frequently until the peppers and zucchini have softened, about 5 more minutes. Season with salt and enjoy!
