Cooking tip: We love the idea of customizing this recipe to make it your own! If you add any ingredients, just be sure to keep an eye on net carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chopped Hazelnuts Filberts
  • 6 each Raspberries
  • 4 teaspoons Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 4 ounces Lily's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • 2 servings Sugar Free Hazelnut Syrup
  • 4 teaspoons Unsalted Butter Stick
  • 1 1/3 cups Heavy Cream

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler over medium-high heat (or in a microwave on medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes). Set aside and let cool to room temperature.
  2. While chocolate cools, in a medium bowl beat the cream, hazelnut syrup, granulated sugar substitute with an electric mixer on medium-high speed, until fully whipped.
  3. Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream gently until fully combined and no white streaks remain. Add the hazelnuts and blend in or use to top each serving. Divide mousse equally between 6 serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set. Serve each with a raspberry as garnish and top with a hazelnut if any were reserved.
