0 1/2 cup Tap Water
3 tbsp Half and Half Cream
1 1/2 oz or 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
0 3/4 tsp, rounded Coffee (Instant Powder, Decaffeinated)
- Combine the water, half-and-half, protein powder, cocoa and espresso powders in a blender; blend until smooth. With the machine running, add 3-4 ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass, and garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder or drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup, if desired. Serve immediately.
