Ingredients:
- 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 2/3 servings Daikon
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped parsley.
- Coarsely grate daikon and add to bowl. Add chopped celery and mix until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
