Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
- 12 ounces Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade)
- 1 tablespoon Red or Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Canola Vegetable Oil
- 4 large Scallions or Spring Onions
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
Directions:
- Preheat grill.
- Combine oil, garlic (minced), curry powder and cayenne pepper (if desired) in a large bowl; add beef and scallions.
- Alternate beef and scallion pieces on four 12-inch metal skewers.
- Season the skewers with salt and grill 8 -10 minutes, turning occasionally, for medium, less for rare, more for well done.
- Season to taste with additional salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.
