Keto Creamy Italian Dressing
Cooking tip: This recipe could also be used as a dipping sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Xylitol
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 5 1/3 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise

Directions:

If you don't have Italian seasoning on hand, use a combination of basil, oregano and parsley instead. Xylitol crystals are available in natural foods stores and the baking department of most well-stocked supermarkets. Each serving is 2 Tbsp.
  1. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar and 2 tablespoons xylitol in a medium bowl. Stir in Parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, minced or pressed garlic, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well blended. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Stir before using.
