Keto Coleslaw Dressing
Cooking tip: Like it spicy? Adding a little cayenne pepper kicks it up a notch!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 3/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar (Cider)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway Seed

Directions:

This recipes makes enough coleslaw dressing for one small green cabbage or two 8-ounce bags of shredded cabbage. Each serving is 2 tablespoons of dressing.
 
  1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, garlic, caraway seeds, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. After adding dressing to cabbage, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
