Ingredients:
- 2 envelopes Gelatin, unsweetened
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 cups (8 fluid ounces) Low Calorie Cranberry Juice Drink with Vitamin C Added
- 1/2 cup Tap Water
- 8 tablespoons Sugar-Free Flavored Syrup - Raspberry
Directions:
- Place gelatin in a large bowl. Bring water to a boil. Pour water over gelatin; stir until dissolved.
- Add cranberry juice, raspberry syrup, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Divide mixture in 6 dessert glasses. Chill until gelled, about 3 hours.
