Ingredients:

  • 2 envelopes Gelatin, unsweetened
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 cups (8 fluid ounces) Low Calorie Cranberry Juice Drink with Vitamin C Added
  • 1/2 cup Tap Water
  • 8 tablespoons Sugar-Free Flavored Syrup - Raspberry

Directions:

  1. Place gelatin in a large bowl. Bring water to a boil. Pour water over gelatin; stir until dissolved.
  2. Add cranberry juice, raspberry syrup, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Divide mixture in 6 dessert glasses. Chill until gelled, about 3 hours.
