Cran-Raspberry Sauce
Cooking tip: If you’ve tried this sauce and like it, try experimenting with a little orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and/or allspice to flavor it your way!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 teaspoon Ginger
  • 12 ounces Cranberries
  • 12 tablespoons Sugar Free Red Raspberry Preserves

Directions:

  1. In a pot over moderate heat, mix cranberries, 3/4 cup jam, ginger and 1 cup water. 
  2. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries have popped and sauce has thickened.
