How to Calculate Atkins Net Carbs

4 fl oz brewed decaffeinated coffee

1 scoop vanilla cream protein powder, 100% whey isolate

2 Tbsp vanilla syrup, sugar free

3 cup municipal tap ice cubes

2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
DIRECTIONS
- Into a blender, layer coffee, protein powder, and syrup. Process until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides if needed.
- Add ice and cream and blend on high until ice is crushed. Divide evenly into two glasses, about 2 cups in each, and enjoy!
