Cooking tip: Why not have friends over to enjoy this drink!
Ingredients:
- 2 fluid ounces decaffeinated coffee
- 2 ounces or scoops vanilla whey protein
- 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) sugar free French vanilla syrup
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions:
- Into a blender, layer coffee, protein powder, and syrup. Process until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides if needed.
- Add ice and cream and blend on high until ice is crushed. Divide evenly into two glasses, about 2 cups in each, and enjoy!
