Ingredients:

  • 2 fluid ounces decaffeinated coffee
  • 2 ounces or scoops vanilla whey protein
  • 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) sugar free French vanilla syrup
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Into a blender, layer coffee, protein powder, and syrup. Process until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides if needed. 
  2. Add ice and cream and blend on high until ice is crushed. Divide evenly into two glasses, about 2 cups in each, and enjoy!
