Keto Cocktail Sauce
Cooking tip: Make sure to serve the Cocktail Sauce cold to get the best taste and consistency.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 fluid ounce Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 16 tablespoons Unsweetened Ketchup
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco

Directions:

Unlike most commercial cocktail sauces, this easy-to-make recipe contains no added sugars. Use this tangy sauce on shrimp cocktail or raw oysters or your favorite bakes or (non-breaded) fried seafood.  Be sure to add the lemon zest for added flavor.  Each serving is 2 tbsp.
 
  1. Combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon zest and 1 Tbsp lemon juice in a small bowl; stir in hot sauce to taste.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
