Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg (Ground)
- 8 ounces Emmentaler Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 7 ounces Radishes
- 8 ounces Sauvignon Blanc Wine
- 2 cups shredded Gruyere Cheese
- 16 ounces Mushroom Pieces and Stems
- 2 pounds Asparagus
- 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
Directions:
- Combine cheeses, nutmeg and pepper in a mixing bowl; mix well.
- Place wine and minced garlic in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add cheese mixture by cupfuls, whisking well after each addition. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, whisking constantly, until smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to fondue pot set over a flame and serve with vegetables.
