- 1/2 cup chopped Celery
- 4 leaf smalls Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 7 large Boiled Eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Red Onion, raw chopped
- 1/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
This low carb egg salad recipe is a keto-friendly, protein-packed lunch or snack that can be made ahead when meal prepping.
- Dice the eggs and onion. Combine them with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
