Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped Celery
  • 4 leaf smalls Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 7 large Boiled Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Red Onion, raw chopped
  • 1/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:

This low carb egg salad recipe is a keto-friendly, protein-packed lunch or snack that can be made ahead when meal prepping.
  1. Dice the eggs and onion. Combine them with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
