INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz Goats Cheese (Hard)
  • 3 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Lime Zest
  • 0 1/2 tsp GARLIC
  • 0 1/2 cup EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 3 tsp Orange Zest
  • 4 tbsp BASIL
  • 0 1/2 tsp Whole Black Peppercorns

DIRECTIONS

You will need lemon (1 tbsp), lime (1 tsp) and orange (1 tbsp) zest for this recipe. 
 
  1. Combine oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, and the zests with 10 whole peppercorns (or 1/2 tsp ground black pepper) in a bowl; mix well.
  2. Place goat cheese slices in a small, shallow pan. Pour oil mixture over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
  3. Bring to room temperature before serving. Each goat cheese round serves two.
