0 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0 1/2 tsp Garlic
4 tbsp Basil
1 tsp Lime Zest
3 tsp Lemon Zest
3 tsp Orange Zest
0 1/2 tsp Whole Black Peppercorns
12 oz Goats Cheese (Hard)
- Combine oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, and the zests with 10 whole peppercorns (or 1/2 tsp ground black pepper) in a bowl; mix well.
- Place goat cheese slices in a small, shallow pan. Pour oil mixture over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
- Bring to room temperature before serving. Each goat cheese round serves two.
