INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoon EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL Salov North America Corp.
  • 3 tbsp RED WINE VINEGAR Alanric Food Distributors, Inc.
  • 1 small Red Onions
  • 1 lb Green Snap Beans
  • 2 oz Blue or Roquefort Cheese
  • 0 3/4 cup Wild Rice (Cooked)
  • 4 cup, shredded RADICCHIO European Vegetable Specialties Farms Inc.

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, whisk oil slowly into vinegar until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add blanched chopped green beans, chopped radicchio, rice and sliced red onion; toss well with dressing. Add blue cheese and toss until well-blended. Serve immediately.
