Chocolate Donut Delight
Cooking tip: We love the idea of customizing this recipe to make it your own! If you add any ingredients, just be sure to keep an eye on net carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 4 ounces Almond Butter
  • 6 teaspoons Erythritol
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 large Egg (Whole)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder (Straight Phosphate, Double Acting)
  • 1/2 14 ounces can Coconut Cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.  Prepare a 6-well donut pan with non-stick spray.   
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, pulse a few times, scraping the container between pulses.  
  3. Pour into donut pan and bake for 13 minutes.  Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out on a wire rack to cool completely.
