Ingredients:
- 3 ice cubes (3/4 fluid ounce) Water
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
- 1/2 packet Sweetener (Splenda Packets, Sucralose)
- 1 cup Coconut Milk Unsweetened
- 1/2 ounce Chocolate Whey Protein
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. This recipe can also be heated after blending (omit the ice). Do not allow it to boil; may be heated in the microwave at 30 second intervals until warm but not hot. Makes a terrific late night slightly sweet snack.
