INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup COCONUT MILK UNSWEETENED
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  • 0 1/2 oz Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 0 1/4 tsp CINNAMON
  • 3 ice cube (3/4 fl oz) WATER
  • 0 1/2 serving 1 packet Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  This recipe can also be heated after blending (omit the ice).  Do not allow it to boil; may be heated in the microwave at 30 second intervals until warm but not hot.  Makes a terrific late night slightly sweet snack.
