Keto Chocolate-Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 ice cubes (3/4 fluid ounce) Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  • 1/2 packet Sweetener (Splenda Packets, Sucralose)
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Unsweetened
  • 1/2 ounce Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  This recipe can also be heated after blending (omit the ice).  Do not allow it to boil; may be heated in the microwave at 30 second intervals until warm but not hot.  Makes a terrific late night slightly sweet snack.
