Ingredients:
- 1 each Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake
- 4 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
Directions:
- In a medium sized glass jar with a lid, combine Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake with all additional ingredients until well mixed. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight.
- Top with a sprinkle of cacao nibs (add 0.07 NC per ¼ teaspoon), slivered almonds (add 0.21 NC for each teaspoon), or fresh whipped cream (add 0.21 NC for each tablespoon, unsweetened).
Each serving is 1/2 cup pudding.
