Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream, liquid
  • 1/4 cup Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 serving Atkins Plus Creamy Milk Chocolate Shake
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder

Directions:

  1. Using a blender, combine Atkins Plus Creamy Milk Chocolate Protein Shake with all other ingredients until well combined and thickened (about 30 seconds).
  2. Pour a heaping ½ cup pudding into four individual serving cups, cover with plastic wrap and chill for one hour in the refrigerator before serving. Best if consumed within 2 days.
