- 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1/8 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons Almonds - sliced
- 2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
- 1/8 cup Oats, quick cooking, raw
- 1 serving Atkins Chocolate Banana Shake
Directions:
Place Atkins Chocolate Banana Protein Shake with all other ingredients in a glass mason jar with a tight fitting lid. Cover and shake to combine. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before enjoying.
