Keto Chipotle-Apple Turkey Burgers Recipe

6 slice (1 oz) CHEDDAR CHEESE
3 tbsp chopped CHIPOTLE PEPPERS IN ADOBO SAUCE
2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) APPLES
11 oz TURKEY SAUSAGE
1 tsp SALT
0 1/2 tsp GARLIC
1 1/4 lb GROUND TURKEY
- Preheat a grill or use a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Grate the apple and finely dice the chipotle peppers.
- Combine the apple, chipotle, ground turkey, turkey sausage, garlic and salt. Mix together until thoroughly mixed then form into 6 patties.
- Grill or fry with oil until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear; about 6 minutes per side. Place cheese on top and allow to melt for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
