Keto Chili-Beef Kebabs Recipe

2 tbsp Canola Vegetable Oil
3 tsp Garlic
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
0 1/8 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
2 lb Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade)
8 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
2 tbsp Parsley
- Combine oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt and red pepper in a bowl. Add beef tossing to coat. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Fifteen minutes before grilling, soak bamboo skewers in water, if using, and prepare a medium heat grill.
- Alternately thread beef and halved green onion pieces on skewers. Grill kebabs 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
