Ingredients:
- 1/8 teaspoon Red or Cayenne Pepper
- 3 teaspoons Garlic
- 8 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- 2 pounds Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade)
- 2 tablespoons Canola Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
Directions:
- Combine oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt and red pepper in a bowl. Add beef tossing to coat. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Fifteen minutes before grilling, soak bamboo skewers in water, if using, and prepare a medium heat grill.
- Alternately thread beef and halved green onion pieces on skewers. Grill kebabs 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
