1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) CELERY Ahold Usa, Inc.
1 1/2 tsp DIJON MUSTARD Whole Foods Market, Inc.
3 tbsp REAL MAYONNAISE Unilever Bestfoods North America
1 tbsp PARSLEY Adams Extract Co.
- Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes. Dice celery. Set both aside.
- Mix the mayonnaise, parsley, and mustard in a bowl. Add the chicken and celery and toss to coat.
- Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
