16 oz, boneless, cooked Chicken Breast
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 tbsp Parsley
3 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
8 leaf, medium medium Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
2 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Radishes
- Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Dice the celery and chop the parsley. Mix celery, mayonnaise, mustard, and parsley in a bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat.
- Divide into four portions and serve on large lettuce leaves. Garnish with quartered or sliced radishes and dust with paprika (optional).
