8 leaf, medium medium Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) CELERY
1 tsp DIJON MUSTARD
1 tbsp PARSLEY
3 tbsp REAL MAYONNAISE
2 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) RADISHES
16 oz, boneless, cooked CHICKEN BREAST
- Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Dice the celery and chop the parsley. Mix celery, mayonnaise, mustard, and parsley in a bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat.
- Divide into four portions and serve on large lettuce leaves. Garnish with quartered or sliced radishes and dust with paprika (optional).
