Keto Chicken Salad
Cooking tip: If you are in Phase 3 or on Atkins 40 or 100, add in some chopped apple to this naturally keto and low carb recipe for a little sweetness (be sure to pay attention to the additional net carbs when adding in extra ingredients).

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 12 ounces boneless, cooked Chicken Breast
  • 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes. Dice celery.  Set both aside.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, parsley, and mustard in a bowl. Add the chicken and celery and toss to coat.
  3. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
