Chia, Chocolate, and Chai Shake Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tablespoon chocolate syrup, sugar free USDA: Hershey's
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds FNDDS
  • 1 shake Atkins Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake

Directions:

  1. Chill Chai Tea Latte Shake in the freezer for 45 minutes from room temperature, or 30 minutes from refrigerated. 
  2. Blend all ingredients together on medium high speed until well combined. Serve immediately over ice if desired.
