Ingredients:
- 2 large Eggs (Whole)
- 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 1 ounce Cheddar
- 1 teaspoon Unsalted Butter Stick
Directions:
- Melt butter and coat the inside of a small oven safe dish.
- Combine the eggs and cream in a bowl and lightly beat.
- Add cheese and freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste.
- Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until set.
This recipe is also delicious topped with Parmesan cheese.
