Ingredients:

  • 2 large Eggs (Whole)
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 1 ounce Cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon Unsalted Butter Stick

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and coat the inside of a small oven safe dish.
  2. Combine the eggs and cream in a bowl and lightly beat.
  3. Add cheese and freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until set.
This recipe is also delicious topped with Parmesan cheese.
